This Right of Withdrawal applies to digital licenses purchased from Lucas Tillian EPU. It outlines the circumstances under which you may withdraw from your purchase.

Exclusion of Right of Withdrawal

Due to the digital nature of the typefaces and the immediate commencement of their delivery:

Immediate Commencement:

The download and access to digital typefaces begin immediately after purchase. You are provided with a download link in the web browser and an email with the invoice and download link.

Consent to Start Performance:

Before completing the purchase during the checkout process, you must agree to the End User License Agreement (EULA), which includes a clause explicitly stating the commencement of the digital content delivery.

Acknowledgment of Waiver:

By agreeing to the EULA and proceeding with the purchase, you expressly acknowledge that you lose your right to withdraw from the contract once the download of the digital content begins.
